It's definitely adult sized and the tentacles are great for extra friends to float on. Easily reclines as a full sized adult and my partner and friend were able to float off the sides. It also amazing looking!

This raft is cool because with the legs up you can use it like a regular adult sized tube or a ring toss for smaller tubes. You can flip it over throw a towel over it and use it as a shade shelter. The kids use it as a floatable basketball hoop and even to jump through making "human baskets" jumping off the sides.
